Upon the receipt of the AmorosO orders, our designated team ships all the products within 2 business days via UPS Ground. We can also cater to expedited shipping needs. Please reach out to us and we will arrange your needs and let you know about any additional shipping fees. The package may arrive at the exact delivery address within 7-10 business days from the original date of shipment.
We ship items within the continental US only. If you have shipping needs to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, we imposed additional shipping costs.
Also, we impose additional shipping costs in other delivery locations. We do not cater to P.O Box delivers. If you need an international quote, kindly contact our shipping department.

If you need to return items that you bought from our site, you may return them within 30 business days from the day you purchased them. However, you are legible to return them under the following considerations:
For any need to return items that you purchased from our brand online, you may return them within 30 business days from the day you officially purchased them. However, you have to note the following considerations:
- The item remains in its unused and new condition.
- You will only receive credit for the purchased item. We will not give credit for the shipping cost upon the successful completion of the return.
- Items not in new condition will automatically not be legible for any refund.
- Our customer service will handle concerns about manufacturer defect/s. Please prepare important information and proper documentation depending on the alleged manufacturer defect/s.
- Once the item return has been completed, you need to cover the restocking fee worth $15.00. We will deduct this amount from the official refundable amount.

Return Claim Procedure
To return purchased items from Smart and Bright, kindly observe the following:
- Contact us and kindly tell us about your return claim. Once we receive your claim, our team will then verify if it is legible for return or refund. Kindly let us have at least two business days to process any updates.
- Once our team verifies the validity and approval of the claim for return, kindly pack the product with appropriate packaging. Please make sure that the packaging would help maintain the safety of the item. Then ship the package using a traceable source like Federal Express and UPS. Our company does not take responsibility for any damaged or lost products during shipping.
- Our team will finally reach out to you once we receive the returned item. We will inform you about the updates on your return claim.
